Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Used or damaged items
• Custom or made-to-order products
• Clearance or final sale items
• Mattresses without original protective wrapping

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@inf00o.gcprepair.dk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions and return shipping details.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item received.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at sales@inf00o.gcprepair.dk.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After that, your order may have already been processed or shipped.
